I’m selling my Tiffen Steadicam Shadow-V (model before the M1/M2 series) with tilting top stage, in excellent working order. I’ve had it since 2022 and it has been an excellent sled for a wide range of work up to and including commercial and film work with heavy cameras such as the ArricamI LT. The sled has always been serviced at Optical Support in London, who were previous owners of the sled (rental). Since owning it I’ve had a gimbal bearing replaced (tilt) and an HD SDI connector replaced, but apart from that it’s been in top working order. Volt could be added quite easily by Tiffen or Optical Support for example, but I've used Betz Wave II and been happy with the performance in that configuration. Comes with: Original Steadicam Thermodyne rolling case. Steadicam universal mounting plate. Atomos Shogun-7 4k monitor with Tiffen Universal monitor mount with dummy V-lock battery for weight distribution options. Cinelevel digital level system with cables. 2 x Anton Bauer Dionic HCX high-output, 120wh 14.4v gold-mount batteriesm (4 more available with 4-way charge and case at extra cost if needed) Jerry Hill docking bracket with two collars (low, high) fitted to sled. Lots of cables and extras available for sale if required to complete the kit. London (north/central) UK-based for collection. £8295 (+ VAT if UK-based) or €8495. Open to discussions.
